It pays to be prepared, and so we’ll begin reviewing each of your properties two months before the end of the initial term to reduce void times and secure another tenancy quickly. If applicable, we’ll consider the local property market rate when looking to increase the rental price.
Property repairs and maintenance
Day to day, we’ll carry out planned and reactive property maintenance to honour your service level agreement. Our contractors all possess the relevant and necessary insurance and qualifications so you know that your assets are being looked after to the highest possible standard.

Voids and coordination
We’ll go the extra mile to ensure that voids periods are as brief as possible. An approved sub agent will market your properties and organise viewings. Once potential new tenants have been found, we’ll step in to deal with all transactions, referencing and contracts, as well as completing a full inventory on your behalf.
We’ll go through your insurance policy with a fine-toothed comb to check it covers your maintenance issues, and we’ll even handle the claim for you.
We’ll carry out desktop valuations to determine if your properties are suitable for disposal. If they are, we’ll pick the right estate agent to sell them within a 30-day exchange and completion programme.
