The challenge

The site had not achieved any sales for over four months with their current sole selling agent. Due to an existing relationship with the client, we were approached to pitch for the business and become a joint agent.

The method

After winning the business we began a new, creative approach to marketing the site. This included a 3 month strategy incorporating a complete refresh of the site photography and an individual property write up for each house type. We also provided a refresh and regeneration of web advertising, phone outs and a targeted email campaign, linked to launch events.

The outcome

The remaining six houses were all sold within four months, and due to our success we have since been instructed by the developer on a prestigious site consisting of 35 homes.
