The Challenge

A quaint development of 8 flats located next to Redhill station. With no parking included in the property spec, we felt the location coupled with the flats’ design would make them perfect candidates for the rental market.

The method

After liaising with the developer − who himself runs a property investment company specialising in crowd funding for the rental market − we approached Andrews Corporate Client Services (ACCS) to enquire with them about a potential buyer.

The outcome

A quick sale was secured with a single buyer at a good price. On completion, the flats will be held under the management of ACCS to be rented out accordingly. The entire process was dealt with under one roof, reinforcing our already streamlined communicative approach and ensuring a smooth process from start to finish, and a happy outcome for the seller.
