Perfecting the process


The challenge

We were instructed on a small number of properties for a crowdfunding platform, which has since increased to 240 with monthly instructions up. By understanding our client’s needs, from introducing property stock, remapping process flows in line with SLA, block management and on boarding, we ensure there is clarity on our specific role.


The method

Across the business we have specialists in a variety of areas, so we began by breaking the process down and allocated to our team based on their specialisms. We had a very hands on approach, and regularly attended various sites upon instruction to familiarise ourselves with the properties and to ensure understanding of ongoing issues that arise over the course of a long standing relationship.


The outcome

Prior to our management, there were many agents dotted across England. Our introduction means a more streamlined management process for everything, from authorising maintenance to management information. Due to our flexible approach, our client can now implement a portfolio change with one instruction, rather than dealing with several agents.

Renewal rates have increased, and with happy tenant reviews, rent has increased above the national rate.
