A small site in Gloucestershire had been sat on the market for an extended period of time with another agent. We were approached by the client for a second opinion on how to proceed with the selling process.

We liaised with the client to sort out some build issues, and had to adapt our strategy when it was revealed that the complexity of these issues would make the assets hard to sell on to an individual. We utilised our contacts to explore other avenues for potential buyers.

The outcome

Through some dedicated searching and negotiation, the houses were eventually sold to a housing association willing to take on the project.
