The challenge

Bellway had a unique difficulty with access to their site at Hardwicke Grange, so they reached out to enquire if we could accommodate them in out Quedgeley branch in Gloucestershire.

The method

After liaising with the branch, we were able to organise a corner of the office – including a wall and window displays – allowing them to create a ‘pop up’ style marketing suite from within our branch. They stayed with us for approximately six months before going on site.

The outcome

The relationship worked extraordinarily well and was beneficial to both parties. Over 20 reservations were taken before the showhome and sales office were even opened. Due to our organisation and willingness to help, they have asked if they can do the same again.
